Ohm Developers and cash and Rs.1,42,450/- belonged to his wife . Assessing Officer did not believe the version for want of any evidence and made addition of entire amount in the income of the appellant on the ground that he failed to explain the source of cash. 5. When challenged before CIT(Appeals), he sustained the addition of Rs.1,42,450/-. However, deleted the amount of Rs.5,35,000/-. 6.
