Reliance was placed on the decision of the Tribunal in the case of ITO v. Smt. Raj Rani W/o Shri Manohar Lal, Fazilka in [IT Appeal No. 120 (Asr.)/2001 for the assessment year 1994-95, order dated 8-3-2002].
