....bunal had inherent power to order for the restoration of the appeal. In that case, the issue of inordinate delay in making the pre-deposit of the amount in terms of the stay order of the Tribunal was not at all involved. Moreover, in that case, the appeal was dismissed for non-production of proof of deposit of the penalty and from the application for restoration of the appeal, it revealed that the amount was deposited within the time granted, but for some reason, this fact could not be reported or brought to the notice of the Tribunal at the time of the passing of the order regarding dismissal of the appeal, but such is not the position in the present case. 5. In the 2nd case of Master Recording Co. v.
