of <h1>IGST on Watch Movements Reduced: Schedule 4 Entry Omitted per Notification 43/2017, Effective November 15, 2017.</h1> Goods previously listed under Schedule 4, which included complete watch movements (unassembled or partly assembled), incomplete watch movements (assembled), and rough watch movements, were subject to an Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) rate of 28% or a Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) of 14% combined with a State Goods and Services Tax (SGST) or Union Territory Goods and Services Tax (UTGST) of 14%. This entry was omitted following notification no. 43/2017, effective from November 15, 2017.
