of <h1>IGST Rate for Plaster-Based Goods Revised After Schedule 4 Reclassification Omission, Effective November 15, 2017.</h1> Goods previously classified under Schedule 4, which included articles of plaster or compositions based on plaster such as boards, sheets, panels, tiles, and similar non-ornamented articles, were subject to an IGST rate of 28% or a combined CGST and SGST/UTGST rate of 14% each. This classification was omitted by notification no. 43/2017, effective from November 15, 2017.
