It mandates that goods fitting descriptions in headings 2844, 2845, 2843, 2846, or 2852 are to be classified accordingly. Products in headings 3004, 3005, 3006, 3212, 3303, 3304, 3305, 3306, 3307, 3506, 3707, or 3808, when prepared for retail or in measured doses, must also be classified as such. Sets of constituents intended to be mixed for products in Sections VI or VII should be classified under the appropriate product heading. A new rule specifies classification by name or function over heading 3827.
