of <h1>GST at 18% from 22 Sep 2025 on refractory ceramic goods under Schedule II heading 6903 per Notification No. 09/2025</h1> From 22 September 2025, refractory ceramic goods classified under Schedule II heading 6903 are subject to GST at 18%. The scope includes items such as retorts, crucibles, muffles, nozzles, plugs, supports, cupels, tubes, pipes, sheaths and rods, but excludes goods composed of siliceous fossil meals or similar siliceous earths. This rate change follows Notification No. 09/2025 - IGST(Rate) dated 17 September 2025 and takes effect on the stated date.
