Carpets and other woven textile floor coverings, not tufted or flocked and whether or not made up, including Kelem, Schumacks, Karamanie and similar hand-woven rugs, are listed in Schedule I and subject to a reduced Goods and Services Tax rate of 5 percent pursuant to the cited notification effective from the notified commencement date.
