Most listed HS codes for waters, non-alcoholic beverages, beers, wines, fortified wines, other fermented beverages, spirits, liqueurs and vinegar are Free for export. Denatured ethyl alcohol (22072000) is Restricted and requires a Restricted Export Authorization for non-fuel purposes; specified second-generation ethanol may be exported for fuel and non-fuel uses subject to authorization and feedstock certification.
