Input-output norms for children's rubber and canvas shoes restrict synthetic rubber use and cap accessory imports by FOB value.
Standard input-output norms list permissible inputs and quantities for children's rubber and canvas shoes with moulded soles, including textiles, adhesives, solvents, sole moulds, rubber compounds and tooling. Controls include that import of synthetic rubber shall not exceed 50% of total rubber allowed and that items 12(a)-12(m) collectively are permitted up to a valuation cap based on FOB export value or Invoice Value for deemed exports. Applicants must ensure imported goods match inputs used in the export product.
