<h1>Government Forms Approval Committee for IT SEZ in Manikonda Under Special Economic Zones Act, 2005</h1> The Central Government has established an Approval Committee for the IT/IT-enabled services Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Manikonda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Andhra Pradesh, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. This committee will oversee the SEZ developed by a private entity and includes a Chairperson and several ex-officio members, such as the Development Commissioner, representatives from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, and Commissioners of Customs, Central Excise, and Income Tax. Additionally, two officers from the Government of Andhra Pradesh and a representative from the developer are included.
