Key amendments include: increasing the monetary threshold from three hundred lakhs to four hundred lakhs in notification 8/2003; changing the entry for S. No. 22 to '8%' in notification 10/2003; and inserting new provisions regarding filament yarns in notifications 29/2004 and 30/2004. These amendments address manufacturing processes for filament yarns and redefine certain exemptions.
