of <h1>India Revises Form Nos. 49A and 49AA in Tax Notification; Original Gazette Contents Unchanged</h1> The notification issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct Taxes, serves as a corrigendum to Notification No. 2394(E) dated 17th October 2011. It announces the substitution of Form Nos. 49A and 49AA with new versions in Part (B) of the previous notification. All other contents of the original Gazette Notification remain unchanged.
