<h1>India Revises Tariff Values for Palm Oil Products Under Customs Act, 1962; Soybean Oil, Brass Scrap Unchanged</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has amended the tariff values for certain products under the Customs Act, 1962. The amendment, effective from November 14, 2003, revises the tariff values for various palm products, with crude palm oil set at $504 per metric tonne, RBD palm oil at $543, other palm oil at $523, crude palmolein at $532, RBD palmolein at $552, and other palmolein at $542. The tariff values for crude soybean oil and brass scrap remain unchanged at $643 and $1099 per metric tonne, respectively.
