of <h1>New Customs Notification Sets Exchange Rates for Export Goods: USD at 47.50 INR, Euro at 50.65 INR, Yen at 39.55 INR</h1> Notification No. 25/2003 - Customs (N.T.) issued on 26th March 2003, under the Customs Act, 1962, sets the exchange rates for converting foreign currencies to Indian rupees for export goods, effective from 1st April 2003. This supersedes the previous notification No. 17/2003-NT-Customs. The rates are specified in two schedules: Schedule I lists rates for one unit of foreign currency, including the US Dollar at 47.50 INR and the Euro at 50.65 INR. Schedule II provides the rate for 100 units of Japanese Yen at 39.55 INR.
