The amendment involves changes to the customs duties for goods classified under Chapter 15. Specifically, for S.No. 49 in the notification's table, the duty rate is increased from '55 per cent ad valorem' to '70 per cent ad valorem.' Additionally, S.No. 50 and its related entries are removed. These amendments will take effect on January 1, 1992.
