of <h1>Electronic entries u/s 84 for exports by post treated as bill of export, enabling clearance and loading</h1> Amendments expand the scope of the existing notification to treat an 'entry made electronically under section 84 for exports by post processed' equivalently with a 'bill of export' by: (a) inserting that phrase into paragraph 2(1)(c), thereby extending the document basis for export transactions; (b) substituting paragraph 2(1)(d) to expressly permit actions 'against the shipping bill or bill of export ... or entry made electronically under section 84 for exports by post' where an order under section 51 or section 84 has been made, thereby enabling clearance and loading; (c) adding paragraph 2(5A) to confirm applicability to exports through foreign post offices that allow electronic section 84 entries processed on the customs automated system; and (d) inserting the phrase into paragraph 6(a) and the table entry at Sl. No.13, thereby aligning explanatory and tariff-table references with the electronic-entry regime.
