of <h1>6% state GST on specified brick and roofing tile supplies under section 9(1) and 15(5) effective 22 September 2025</h1> Under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and on Council recommendation, a State tax rate of 6% is notified on intra-State supplies of specified brick and related products falling under tariff headings 6815 (fly ash bricks/aggregates/blocks), 6901 00 10 (bricks of fossil meals or similar siliceous earths), 6904 10 00 (building bricks) and 6905 10 00 (earthen or roofing tiles). The notification, issued under section 9(1) and section 15(5) interpretative rules of the Customs Tariff Act, takes effect 22 September 2025.
