of <h1>Deadline for FORM GSTR-7 Submission Extended to January 12, 2025 for TDS Deductors u/s 51 of CGST Act.</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, under the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 05/2025, extending the deadline for registered persons to submit FORM GSTR-7 for December 2024. This extension, applicable to those required to deduct tax at source under section 51 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, moves the due date to January 12, 2025. This action is taken under the authority granted by section 39(6) and section 168 of the Act, following recommendations from the GST Council.
