<h1>Export Policy for Human Biological Samples Amended: NOC Now Required for Certain Exports Under Chapter 30.</h1> The export policy for Human Biological Samples under Chapter 30 of the ITC HS schedule-2 has been amended. The revised policy states that items such as antisera, blood fractions, immunological products, and human blood are free for export, provided a No Objection Certificate (NOC) is obtained. For materials covered under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, an NOC from the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) is required. For those not covered, an NOC from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) or the Department of Health Research (DHR) is necessary.
