of <h1>Jharkhand GST Amendment: Changes to Annexure III on Forward Charge Wording Effective July 27, 2023.</h1> The Government of Jharkhand, under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. 13/2017 - State Tax (Rate) dated 29th June 2017. The amendment, effective from 27th July 2023, modifies Annexure III by changing the wording from 'during the Financial Year ____ under forward charge' to 'from the Financial Year ____ under forward charge and have not reverted to reverse charge mechanism.' This update was made on the recommendation of the Council and published in the Gazette of Jharkhand.
