This decision was made following the recommendations of the GST Council during its 50th meeting on July 11, 2023, and is deemed necessary in the public interest. The amendment modifies the entry against serial number 19C in the notification table to include 'Satellite launch services.' This change is part of ongoing updates to the CGST framework, initially established in June 2017 and last amended in February 2023.
