of <h1>GSTR-3B filing deadline for May 2023 extended to June 30 for select Gujarat districts under CGST Act 2017.</h1> The due date for filing the GSTR-3B return for May 2023 has been extended to June 30, 2023, for registered businesses located in the districts of Kutch, Jamnagar, Morbi, Patan, and Banaskantha in Gujarat. This extension was authorized by the Commissioner under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following the Council's recommendations. The notification, issued by the Ministry of Finance's Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, is effective from June 20, 2023.
