No. 12.</h1> The Government of India has issued Notification No. 08/2023-Customs, dated February 1, 2023, amending Notification No. 22/2022-Customs related to the India-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). This amendment, effective February 2, 2023, modifies entries in Table III of the original notification, specifically changing the values under columns (5) and (6) for S. No. 12 to '10' and '4,' respectively. This change is made under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, to serve the public interest.
