of <h1>No E-way Bill Needed for Intra-District Goods Movement in Madhya Pradesh, Effective April 15, 2022, With Exceptions.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax Madhya Pradesh, in consultation with the Chief Commissioner of Central Tax Madhya Pradesh, has issued a notification superseding the previous one from April 24, 2018. Effective from April 15, 2022, no E-way bill is required for intra-district movement of goods, except for specific cases outlined in the notification. These exceptions include goods like tobacco, pan masala, and certain pharmaceuticals, which have specified consignment value limits. For other intra-state movements, E-way bills are mandatory, adhering to the rules specified in the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
