of <h1>Deadline for FORM ITC-04 Submission Extended to June 30, 2021 by Notification No. 26/2021.</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, under the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 26/2021 - Central Tax, dated June 1, 2021. This notification amends a previous notification, extending the deadline for submitting FORM ITC-04 for the quarter ending March 2021 from May 31, 2021, to June 30, 2021. The amendment, authorized by section 168 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rule 45(3) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, is effective retroactively from May 31, 2021.
