According to the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and its rules, the Commissioner mandates that these returns be filed electronically by the 20th of the month following the reporting month. Registered persons must settle their tax liabilities, including tax, interest, penalties, and fees, by debiting their electronic cash or credit ledger by the specified due date.
