This extension applies to the months from April 2020 to September 2020, allowing submissions until the eleventh day of the subsequent month. The notification is made under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and further details regarding the time limit for returns under section 38 for the same period will be announced later in the Official Gazette.
