of <h1>India Extends GSTR-1 Submission Deadline for Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh to March 24, 2020, per CGST Act.</h1> The Central Government of India has extended the deadline for registered businesses in the regions of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh to submit FORM GSTR-1 for the quarter of October to December 2019. The new due date is set for March 24, 2020. This amendment to the previous notification, No. 45/2019, is made under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and is effective from January 31, 2020.
