of <h1>India Extends GSTR-7 Filing Deadline to March 24 for Jammu & Kashmir Businesses for Specified Periods.</h1> The Government of India has issued a notification extending the due date for filing FORM GSTR-7 for taxpayers whose principal place of business is in the former State of Jammu and Kashmir. For the periods of July 2019 to October 2019 and November 2019 to February 2020, the returns must be submitted electronically by March 24, 2020. This extension applies to registered persons required to deduct tax at source under section 51 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification is effective from December 20, 2019.
