of <h1>Deadline Extension for Jammu & Kashmir GSTR-3B October 2019 Returns to November 30 per CGST Act Amendment.</h1> The notification extends the deadline for registered persons in Jammu and Kashmir to file their GSTR-3B returns for October 2019. The new due date is set for November 30, 2019. This amendment is made under the authority of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and modifies the previous notification No. 44/2019. It is effective from November 20, 2019, as issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs.
