of <h1>India Extends GSTR-1 Return Deadline to November 30 for Jammu & Kashmir Businesses with Over 1.5 Crore Turnover.</h1> The Government of India, through Notification No. 58/2019 - Central Tax, extends the deadline for registered persons in Jammu and Kashmir with an aggregate turnover exceeding 1.5 crore rupees to submit their GSTR-1 returns for October 2019. The new deadline is set for November 30, 2019. This amendment modifies the earlier notification No. 46/2019, dated October 9, 2019, and is effective from November 11, 2019.
