of <h1>India Extends GSTR-3B Filing Deadline for Jammu and Kashmir to November 20, 2019, u/s 168 CGST Act.</h1> The Government of India, through Notification No. 54/2019 - Central Tax, has extended the due date for filing FORM GSTR-3B for registered businesses in Jammu and Kashmir for the months of July to September 2019. The new deadline for electronic submission via the common portal is set for November 20, 2019. This amendment to the original notification No. 29/2019, dated June 28, 2019, is enacted under the authority of section 168 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and is effective from September 20, 2019.
