of <h1>Govt Waives FORM ITC-04 Filing for FY 2017-19 u/r 45(3), Requires Reporting for Unreturned Goods by March 2019.</h1> The Central Government, under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued Notification No. 38/2019-Central Tax, exempting registered persons from filing FORM ITC-04 for the fiscal years 2017-18 and 2018-19. This waiver applies to those required to submit challan details under rule 45(3) of the CGST Rules, 2017. However, these individuals must report challans for goods sent to job workers between July 2017 and March 2019, which were not returned or supplied by March 31, 2019, in FORM ITC-04 for the April-June 2019 quarter.
