Effective from its publication date, the amendment introduces Rule 38A, which mandates that applications for company incorporation include e-form AGILE (INC-35). This form facilitates the simultaneous registration for Goods and Service Tax Identification Number (GSTIN), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). The effective dates for these registrations are March 31, 2019, for GSTIN, April 8, 2019, for EPFO, and April 15, 2019, for ESIC.
