This notification, dated February 6, 1998, designates these bonds, issued by the Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd., New Delhi, with distinctive numbers from E-0000001 to E-2000000. The total issuance amounts to two hundred crores rupees. This specification is made under the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 80L for tax purposes.
