of <h1>India Extends GSTR-3B Filing Deadline for January 2019: J&K Businesses Until Feb 28, Others Until Feb 22.</h1> The Government of India, through the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, has extended the deadline for filing FORM GSTR-3B for January 2019. Registered businesses in the state of Jammu and Kashmir have until February 28, 2019, to submit electronically via the common portal. For businesses in other states, the due date is February 22, 2019. This amendment is made under the authority of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and modifies the prior notification number 34/2018 dated August 10, 2018.
