of <h1>India's IGST (Amendment) Act, 2018 Effective from February 1, 2019, per Notification No. 01/2019 by Ministry of Finance.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 01/2019 regarding the Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST). This notification, dated January 29, 2019, declares that the provisions of the IGST (Amendment) Act, 2018 will take effect on February 1, 2019. The notification is issued under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the IGST (Amendment) Act, 2018.
