of <h1>Deadline Extended for FORM GST ITC-04 Submission to December 31, 2018, per Section 168 and Rule 45.</h1> The Ministry of Finance, through the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, has extended the deadline for submitting FORM GST ITC-04 for goods dispatched to or received from job workers from July 2017 to September 2018. The new deadline is December 31, 2018. This extension supersedes the previous notification dated September 4, 2018, except for actions completed before this change. This adjustment is made under the authority of section 168 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rule 45 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
