The listed goods include perishable or hazardous items, such as salt, raw hides, newspapers, menthol, petroleum products, dangerous drugs, fireworks, and various chemical and pharmaceutical products. Additionally, goods that rapidly depreciate in value or are unclaimed/abandoned, as well as those provisionally released but not claimed within a month, are included. The directive is made under the authority of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh.
