of <h1>Notification grants percentage customs duty exemptions on listed tariff items under Bangkok Agreement origin rules, effective July 2018</h1> Notification grants tariff concessions on numerous listed tariff items by exempting a specified percentage of the applied customs duty for imports described in the annexed Table. Concessions in Part A apply to goods imported from countries in Appendix I; Part B applies to goods from Appendix II. Importers must satisfy the customs authority of origin in accordance with the Bangkok Agreement rules. 'Applied rate' is defined to include the standard schedule duty plus Agriculture Infrastructure and Development Cess. The notification supersedes an earlier notification and takes effect from 1 July 2018, with subsequent corrigenda and substitutions noted.
