Effective upon publication in the official Gazette, the amendment involves the substitution of Form No. URC-1 with a new version. The original rules were published on March 31, 2014, and have been previously amended, including a notification dated May 31, 2016. The amendment is enacted under the authority granted by sections 469 and 366 of the Companies Act, 2013.
