of <h1>Deadline for FORM GST-ITC-04 Submission Extended to December 31, 2017, per Section 168, Rule 45(3) Amendment.</h1> The Central Government of India, under the Ministry of Finance and the Central Board of Excise and Customs, has issued an amendment to Notification No. 53/2017-Central Tax. This amendment extends the deadline for submitting details in FORM GST-ITC-04 from November 30, 2017, to December 31, 2017. This change is made in accordance with section 168 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
