of <h1>Jammu & Kashmir extends GSTR-2 filing deadline for July and August 2017 under GST Act, 2017.</h1> The Jammu and Kashmir Department of Commercial Taxes has issued Notification No. 02/2017-GST, extending the deadline for filing details of inward supplies in FORM GSTR-2. For July 2017, the filing period is from September 6 to September 10, 2017, and for August 2017, from September 21 to September 25, 2017. This extension is made under the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and is effective from August 8, 2017, as per the Commissioner's directive.
