Effective Immediately.</h1> Under section 146 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has designated www.gst.gov.in as the official Common Goods and Services Tax Electronic Portal. This portal facilitates registration, tax payment, return filing, integrated tax computation and settlement, and electronic waybill processing. The website is managed by the Goods and Services Tax Network, a company established under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. This notification takes effect from the date of issuance, as authorized by the Deputy Secretary of Finance.
