      53/2018-State Tax - dated - 12-12-2019 - Delhi SGST
      Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Eleventh Amendment) Rules, 2018.
      Summary: Substitution of rule 96(10) conditions refund of integrated tax on exports by requiring that persons claiming such refund must not have received supplies from suppliers who availed the benefit of specified Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi or Central notifications published in the Gazettes; reliance by the supplier on those listed notifications disqualifies the recipient from claiming the IGST refund. The substitution is deemed effective from 23 October 2017.

      Removal of Difficulty Order No. 08/2019-State Tax - dated - 10-12-2019 - Goa SGST
      Goa Goods and Services Tax (Eighth Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2019.
      Summary: The order substitutes the Explanation to section 44 to declare that the annual return for 1 July 2017 to 31 March 2018 shall be filed by 31 December 2019 and the annual return for 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019 shall be filed by 31 March 2020; the order is effective retrospectively from 14 November 2019 to address technical difficulties in electronic filing by registered persons.

      Management and advisory services by AMCs to Foreign Portfolio Investors
      Summary: AMCs may provide management and advisory services only to specified FPI categories: government and government related investors, appropriately regulated entities (pension funds, insurance or reinsurance entities, banks and mutual funds), and appropriately regulated FPIs where those categories hold more than fifty percent. AMCs may continue pre existing agreements with other FPIs only for the agreement term or one year from the circular, whichever is earlier. The proviso to clause (vi) of Regulation 24(b) applies to these permitted categories and the provisions are effective immediately.
