        Ans: Form 79 is a statement of income paid or credited by an investment fund to the persons liable to tax in respect of such income.

        Ans: Form 79 is to be filed by the person responsible for making payment or crediting of income on behalf of the investment fund to the person who is liable to tax in respect of such income.
