<h1>Early Childhood Care and Education training program launched to provide statewide teacher capacity building and strengthen early learning outcomes.</h1> A statewide online Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) capacity-building program was launched in partnership between the State School Education Department and a not-for-profit education hub, implemented with the State Council of Educational Research and Training. The program provides virtual, collaborative professional development for teachers across all districts, covering early childhood development, early years pedagogy, inclusion and diversity, learning environment design, ICT in ECCE, and collaborative storytelling; its operative effect is to institutionalize continuous teacher upskilling and scalable peer learning for strengthened early learning outcomes.
