Separate corporate insolvency processes remain contested over foreign asset treatment, specialised resolution needs, and creditors' commercial decision-making.
Separate corporate insolvency resolution processes for VIL and VOVL are disputed following reversal of an earlier consolidation direction. Independent processes were preferred because the entities operate in distinct sectors and may require specialised resolution, while creditors' choice was treated as commercial wisdom not ordinarily open to tribunal interference. The dispute also concerns whether foreign oil and gas assets should be treated as VIL assets, against the background of VIL's conversion from co-obligor to corporate guarantor to ring-fence those assets from domestic business liabilities.

Do you want to stream the great Bengali action film of 2025? Then, it should be Raktabeej 2. The name “Raktabeej” means “Seeds of Blood”. It is the second part after the first Raktabeej film that came out in 2023. Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy have directed this movie. They are the same people who gave us super-hit family movies like Belaseshe, Praktan, and Haami. This time, they tried something totally different – a fast, big, and serious action movie. They wrote the story together with writer Zinia Sen. The whole film is produced by Windows Production House, the same company that made the first Raktabeej. Scroll down the following post to find everything related to the Raktabeej 2 movie without any hassle. Released Date of Raktabeej 2 Movie: Raktabeej 2 is a current Bengali movie available on ZEE5, which was released on 26 September 2025, exactly on Mahalaya day. The makers planned it this way so that families would come to watch the movie during the festival holidays. The movie ran in more than two hundred cinemas in West Bengal and also in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and other towns. After some weeks in cinema halls, it started streaming on the app ZEE5 so that people all around the world can watch it at home. Now let us talk about the Cast of Raktabeej 2 Movie! Abir Chatterjee is back as the smart and brave investigator Pankaj Sinha. Everyone loves Abir in serious roles, and right here, he looks very sturdy and extreme. Mimi Chakraborty plays Superintendent of Police Sanjukta Mitra. She is a very strong police officer and appears top-notch in uniform. Ankush Hazra joins the team this time as a young and powerful officer. His entry brings a lot of energy and fight scenes. The wonderful actor Victor Banerjee plays the President of India, Mr Animesh Chatterjee. Even at this age, his performance is awesome. Seema Biswas, Koushani Mukherjee, Ananya Banerjee, Satyam Bhattacharya, Ambarish Bhattacharya, and many more good actors are in the movie. Every person did their role very nicely. What is the story? The movie starts a few months after the large bomb blast that took place in the first movie. The President of India (Victor Banerjee) remains in threat. A very dangerous terrorist named Munir Alam is making plans for something huge. He calls his plan “Mission M2." He plans to create fights between India and Bangladesh so that each international location becomes vulnerable. He wants to use faith and politics to make people indignant with each other. Pankaj Sinha (Abir) and Sanjukta Mitra (Mimi) get the information about this plan. They make a special secret team with Ankush and other officers. They start following clues. The movie also shows Durga Puja very beautifully. You will see massive pandals, dhak tune, humans carrying new clothes, and the happiness of the festival. But at the same time, the villains are looking to break everything. This blend of competition, joy and hazard makes the tale very interesting. People liked many things in the movie. The action scenes are big and clean – no shaky camera, everything is clear. The Bangkok chase on bikes and cars is excellent. Abir and Mimi look very good together, and their acting is strong. Ankush’s fights are powerful. The background music makes your heart beat fast. Many people said this is the biggest and best Bengali action movie ever made. What does the film Raktabeej 2 depict? This movie shows that India and Bangladesh are like brothers, and nobody should try to break their friendship. It shows that police and army people work very hard to keep us safe. Many families watched it together and felt proud. But some people said a few negative things too. They take time to explain the plan and introduce new characters. Some jokes feel forced and not funny. A few people felt the story was too long, and some scenes could be shorter. One or two viewers said the first Raktabeej was better. But most people still enjoyed it a lot. Some fun facts: • The first poster came out on 26 January 2025 (Republic Day). • They shot in real Bangkok streets for many days. • Mimi Chakraborty learned kickboxing for her role. • Ankush did most of his stunts himself. • There is a small surprise cameo in the last scene that makes people think there can be a Raktabeej 3. Final Remarks! If you like spy movies, James Bond style, or you like movies like URI and Baby in Hindi, you will enjoy Raktabeej 2. It is a proud Bengali movie that shows we can also make big action films. You can watch it on ZEE5 with your family and friends. It has action, suspense, emotion, beautiful songs, and love for the country – everything in one film.
