<h1>PLI scheme reopens 30-day application window for white goods (ACs, LED lights) from 15 Sept to 14 Oct 2025</h1> The government has reopened the 30-day application window for the production-linked incentive (PLI) scheme for white goods (ACs and LED lights) from 15 September to 14 October 2025 on existing terms and conditions; late applications will not be accepted. Both new applicants and existing scheme beneficiaries seeking to increase investment or apply under different target segments may apply if they meet eligibility and investment-schedule requirements. Incentive eligibility for approvals in this round is limited to the remaining scheme tenure: new applicants and certain upgraders qualify for up to two years of incentives, others for one year, with one-time flexibility on claims if thresholds are unmet. The scheme runs FY2021-22 to FY2028-29 with an outlay of Rs. 6,238 crore; 83 beneficiaries have committed Rs. 10,406 crore to date.
